Shipping & Delivery

We ship the majority of our items via USPS Priority Mail. With Priority Mail, you get more for your money. This service offers fast domestic delivery in 1, 2, or 3 business days based on where your package is being sent. For the fastest and most reliable shipping service we also offer FedEx worldwide.

Returns 

Priority Wireless is committed to making you 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping, handling, or other additional charges.

The item must be returned in the same condition in which it left our facility – in original boxes and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories – to ensure full credit.

Should any of the included accessories (e.g., battery or wall charger) not work properly, please contact us so we can send you a replacement.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled anytime before they are shipped. Please send cancelation requests to info@prioritywireless.com.

Priority Wireless accepts all major credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept payments through PayPal. All orders placed in Colorado will be subject to the standard sales tax.
